Our recommendation is to place your order with a lead time of 15-20 business days for standard orders. However, for larger orders and during holiday seasons, we strongly advise ordering well in advance, preferably 4-6 weeks ahead. This extended lead time ensures that we can accommodate your specific requirements and provide you with the best possible service, especially during busier periods when demand is higher.

For our Layered Grazing tables, there is a rental fee along with a refundable deposit of $100. The deposit will be returned to you once all the items are collected/returned in their original condition. This policy ensures the proper care and handling of our rental items and helps us continue to provide high-quality service to our customers.

Certainly! Our Grazing Tables are customized to each client's preferences, ensuring a unique and memorable experience every time. This personalized approach allows us to showcase creativity while meeting individual needs.

The cheeses and meats are cut and prepared the previous day. All fruits, veggies, sandwiches, sliders etc. are prepared on the same day for full freshness.

All menu items are meant to be served fresh! Ideally, serve your charcuterie board within 24 hours of receipt for maximum quality.
Keep charcuterie items refrigerated until approximately 30 minutes to one hour before consumption. Perishable food should be discarded after 3-4 hours at room temperature. Blossom Feast is not responsible for customers who decide to consume menu items after the recommended time frame.
The client becomes responsible for the refrigeration and care of all menu items upon delivery.
All menu items are made to order using the freshest ingredients available and all ingredients are subject to seasonal availability.
While dietary restrictions can be honored, please be advised that we cannot guarantee there has not been cross contamination with dairy, nuts, and gluten.

The cheese and charcuterie selections on each board are made based on availability and season. Each product is unique as well as carefully selected and paired. Please advise if you have a special request and we wil do my best to accommodate.

If you cancel your order 20 days prior to your evant, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the event, are ineligible for a refund.
