Our recommendation is to place your order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks for standard orders. However, for larger orders and during holiday seasons, we strongly advise ordering well in advance, preferably 6-8 weeks ahead. This extended lead time ensures that we can accommodate your specific requirements and provide you with the best possible service, especially during busier periods when demand is higher.

Our Tiered Set-Up includes a one-time rental fee of $75, which covers the use of all risers and serving ware required for your display.
This fee helps ensure the proper care, maintenance, and replacement of our equipment, allowing us to continue providing high-quality presentation and service for every event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a beautiful display for your occasion.

Certainly! Our Grazing Tables are customized to each client's preferences, ensuring a unique and memorable experience every time. This personalized approach allows us to showcase creativity while meeting individual needs.

To ensure quality and presentation, our cheeses and cured meats are carefully cut and prepared the day before your event. All fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, sliders, and other fresh items are prepared on the day of your event to ensure optimal freshness and flavor.

All menu items are meant to be served fresh! Keep charcuterie items refrigerated until approximately 30 minutes to one hour before consumption. Perishable food should be discarded after 3-4 hours at room temperature.

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the event. If preferred, the full amount may be paid when booking.
As event dates are reserved well in advance and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, we are unable to offer refunds for the deposit once a booking has been confirmed. This policy helps ensure availability and allows us to commit fully to each event we book.
